Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: decluttering progress tracking and encourages mindful, intentional ownership. Where it lags: won't physically remove items for you. On balance the feature set — especially decluttering progress tracking — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Prompts based on habits and goals just works and reduces decision fatigue when decluttering. Won't physically remove items for you can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Decluttering progress tracking is exactly what I needed, and encourages mindful, intentional ownership. I do wish won't physically remove items for you, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for moves and downsizing. Keep, sell, donate, or discard suggestions fits neatly into how we already work, and prompts based on habits and goals removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
