Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: mobile and desktop apps with real-time updates and supports team scheduling and collaboration. Where it lags: learning curve to trust the AI scheduling. On balance the feature set — especially mobile and desktop apps with real-time updates — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Recurring task and time-block planning just works and supports team scheduling and collaboration. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Recurring task and time-block planning fits neatly into how we already work, and mobile and desktop apps with real-time updates removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
