Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Follow-up reminders and task tracking just works and works across calendars and inboxes. Effectiveness depends on integration with existing tools can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and learns individual preferences and tone. Calendar management fits neatly into how we already work, and automated meeting scheduling and rescheduling removed a step we used to do by hand. Effectiveness depends on integration with existing tools, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automated meeting scheduling and rescheduling and reduces need for a dedicated human assistant. Where it lags: effectiveness depends on integration with existing tools. On balance the feature set — especially follow-up reminders and task tracking — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
