Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: echo and acoustic room cancellation and works with virtually any calling or recording app. On balance the feature set — especially aI background noise cancellation — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: accent localization for agents and includes transcription and meeting summaries. Where it lags: free plan limits daily usage minutes. On balance the feature set — especially cross-platform desktop app for Windows and macOS — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Cross-platform desktop app for Windows and macOS is exactly what I needed, and works with virtually any calling or recording app. I do wish aggressive filtering may clip quiet speech, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI meeting notes and summaries — handled better than most — and low setup effort, runs in the background. Worth the time if this is your use case.
