Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Screen and video recording with annotations just works and integrates with major issue trackers and chat tools. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Integrations with Jira, Linear, GitHub, Slack is exactly what I needed, and aI-generated bug summaries and suggested fixes. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on browser extension for Chrome and others, and aI-generated bug summaries and suggested fixes caught me off guard. Requires team adoption to maximize value is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Where it lags: primarily browser-focused; limited for native apps. On balance the feature set — especially screen and video recording with annotations — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is browser extension for Chrome and others — handled better than most — and aI-generated bug summaries and suggested fixes. Primarily browser-focused; limited for native apps is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
