Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI-driven decision support is exactly what I needed, and automates repetitive business tasks. I do wish best suited to structured processes, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-driven decision support and automates repetitive business tasks. On balance the feature set — especially aI-driven decision support — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Workflow integration just works and supports data-informed decision-making. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and integrates with existing workflows. Operational analytics fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-driven decision support removed a step we used to do by hand. Best suited to structured processes, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
