Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Customizable for brand and workflow just works and strong focus on safety and responsible AI. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: voice and text interaction modes and useful for both consumer and business contexts. Where it lags: less developer tooling than larger competitors. On balance the feature set — especially empathetic, context-aware dialogue — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Proprietary Inflection LLMs is exactly what I needed, and proprietary models with enterprise customization. I do wish less developer tooling than larger competitors, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on pi conversational personal assistant, and conversational tone feels natural and approachable caught me off guard. Enterprise pricing not transparent publicly is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
