Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and combines screening, interviews, and scheduling in one tool. Centralized candidate pipeline fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-driven candidate screening removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Collaboration tools for hiring teams just works and helps reduce time-to-hire. May require setup time to tailor to specific roles can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: video interview platform and supports both live and recorded video interviews. Where it lags: limited public information on integrations. On balance the feature set — especially video interview platform — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
