Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: echo and reverb cancellation and can improve CSAT and reduce AHT. Where it lags: niche focus on contact centers. On balance the feature set — especially echo and reverb cancellation — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is low-latency audio processing — handled better than most — and designed for contact center workflows. Requires integration with telephony stack is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
