Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: web application navigation and automates real UI interactions, not just text. Where it lags: may need oversight for sensitive workflows. On balance the feature set — especially computer-using AI agents — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Click, type, and scroll automation is exactly what I needed, and works across standard web applications. I do wish agentic reliability can vary by task complexity, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Computer-using AI agents just works and handles multi-step workflows end-to-end. May need oversight for sensitive workflows can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
