Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is custom knowledge base uploads — handled better than most — and fast self-serve setup in around 10 minutes. Quality depends on knowledge source preparation is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Copilot mode for internal team use just works and no-code interface accessible to non-developers. Less flexible than custom-built AI solutions can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on custom knowledge base uploads, and no-code interface accessible to non-developers caught me off guard. Quality depends on knowledge source preparation is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
