Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: custom agents and workflow automation and unified search across many enterprise apps. Where it lags: setup and tuning require IT involvement. On balance the feature set — especially permission-aware results — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Cross-app enterprise search just works and strong integration ecosystem. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and respects existing permissions and access controls. Custom agents and workflow automation fits neatly into how we already work, and admin governance and analytics removed a step we used to do by hand. Setup and tuning require IT involvement, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on generative AI chat assistant, and customizable assistants and agents for teams caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on custom agents and workflow automation, and strong integration ecosystem caught me off guard. Geared toward larger organizations is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
