Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and no-code visual builder lowers the technical barrier. Workflow automation templates fits neatly into how we already work, and multi-LLM support removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Workflow automation templates is exactly what I needed, and supports multiple LLMs and integrations. I do wish less flexible than custom-coded solutions, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: testing and debugging tools and useful for both chatbots and broader automation. Where it lags: costs can scale with usage and model calls. On balance the feature set — especially chatbot creation and website embedding — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
