Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on job assignment and route optimization, and no-code setup reduces dependence on developers caught me off guard. Most useful for companies with sizeable field teams is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Custom dashboards and reports just works and combines mobile app for agents with manager dashboard. Mobile-first focus may limit deep desktop use cases can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Job assignment and route optimization is exactly what I needed, and real-time visibility into team activity and job status. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: attendance and location tracking and custom workflows tailored to specific field operations. On balance the feature set — especially job assignment and route optimization — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
