Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversation analytics — handled better than most — and trainable on custom business content. May require iteration to refine bot responses is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Conversation analytics is exactly what I needed, and trainable on custom business content. I do wish quality depends on training data provided, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: drag-and-drop chatbot builder and trainable on custom business content. Where it lags: limited flexibility compared to custom-coded solutions. On balance the feature set — especially drag-and-drop chatbot builder — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and combines automation with lead capture in one tool. Drag-and-drop chatbot builder fits neatly into how we already work, and conversation analytics removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
