Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Export to CSV, BibTeX, and reference managers is exactly what I needed, and useful for systematic reviews and meta-analysis prep. I do wish coverage skews toward English-language and biomedical research, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: side-by-side study comparison and useful for systematic reviews and meta-analysis prep. Where it lags: advanced features require a paid plan. On balance the feature set — especially export to CSV, BibTeX, and reference managers — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on customizable data extraction columns, and extracts structured data from papers into tables caught me off guard. AI summaries can still miss nuance or context is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is export to CSV, BibTeX, and reference managers — handled better than most — and extracts structured data from papers into tables. Coverage skews toward English-language and biomedical research is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
