Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: customer support for technical issues and self-paced online format. Where it lags: requires payment to receive completion certificate. On balance the feature set — especially covers drug and alcohol awareness — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on official Florida TLSAE curriculum, and accessible from desktop and mobile devices caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
