Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automated issue responses and Q&A and helps keep documentation accurate and current. On balance the feature set — especially pull request and discussion assistance — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Where it lags: quality depends on existing docs and codebase clarity. On balance the feature set — especially automated issue responses and Q&A — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and cuts time spent on repetitive issue triage. Native GitHub integration fits neatly into how we already work, and documentation gap and accuracy checks removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on duplicate and related issue detection, and works directly inside GitHub workflows caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
