概要

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on code generation and refactoring, and supports natural language prompts caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI coding agent workflows — handled better than most — and reduces context switching for developers. May require review for complex changes is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces context switching for developers. AI coding agent workflows fits neatly into how we already work, and project-aware context understanding removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

AI coding agent workflows fits neatly into how we already work, and bug detection and fixes removed a step we used to do by hand. May require review for complex changes, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI coding agent workflows and handles multi-file, agent-style tasks. Where it lags: limited to VS Code users. On balance the feature set — especially natural language task prompts — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Code generation and refactoring is exactly what I needed, and handles multi-file, agent-style tasks. I do wish limited to VS Code users, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
