Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI voice agent for inbound calls and qualifies leads before they reach the team. Where it lags: voice AI may struggle with complex or emotional calls. On balance the feature set — especially aI voice agent for inbound calls — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles calls 24/7 without staffing. Customizable scripts and call flows fits neatly into how we already work, and aI voice agent for inbound calls removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on call transcripts and lead capture, and reduces missed-call revenue loss caught me off guard. Less suited for businesses with low call volume is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
