Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Role-specific tailoring just works and saves time on resume edits. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and aTS-focused optimization. Role-specific tailoring fits neatly into how we already work, and formatting recommendations removed a step we used to do by hand. AI suggestions may need review, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI resume analysis, and saves time on resume edits caught me off guard. AI suggestions may need review is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
