Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Slack and workflow integrations just works and speeds up security questionnaire responses. Primarily geared toward B2B SaaS companies can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: customer-facing trust portal and speeds up security questionnaire responses. On balance the feature set — especially knowledge base for security content — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is browser extension for in-context answers — handled better than most — and integrates with Slack and browser workflows. Worth the time if this is your use case.
