Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: lead capture and email collection and aI replies handle follow-up questions. Where it lags: advanced features may require paid tiers. On balance the feature set — especially lead capture and email collection — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: lead capture and email collection and works across posts, reels, and stories. Where it lags: limited to Instagram as a primary channel. On balance the feature set — especially keyword-triggered DM automations — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Analytics on comments and conversions just works and no-code setup for Instagram DM automations. Depends on Meta API rules and limits can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on analytics on comments and conversions, and no-code setup for Instagram DM automations caught me off guard. Limited to Instagram as a primary channel is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
