Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Self-hosted deployment just works and designed for team collaboration. Requires technical setup and maintenance can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is customizable AI assistants — handled better than most — and designed for team collaboration. Infrastructure costs fall on the user is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and self-hosted for data control. Role-based access controls fits neatly into how we already work, and self-hosted deployment removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
