Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: website chatbot widget and provides contextual, brand-aware answers. Where it lags: quality depends on source data. On balance the feature set — especially custom training on business documents — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Pretty happy overall. Custom training on business documents just works and easy website embedding. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and easy website embedding. Custom training on business documents fits neatly into how we already work, and conversation history and analytics removed a step we used to do by hand. Quality depends on source data, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on website chatbot widget, and trains on your own business content caught me off guard. Quality depends on source data is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
