I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is rapid time-to-insight — handled better than most — and surfaces automation candidates automatically. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automation opportunity identification and dramatically reduces process discovery time. On balance the feature set — especially aI-powered process discovery — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Automated workflow mapping fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-powered process discovery removed a step we used to do by hand. Enterprise focus may not fit small teams, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
