Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: conflict detection and rescheduling and sends timely reminders and prep notes. Where it lags: effectiveness depends on accurate availability data. On balance the feature set — especially calendar sync and availability detection — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and sends timely reminders and prep notes. AI-assisted meeting scheduling fits neatly into how we already work, and automated reminders and follow-ups removed a step we used to do by hand. May need manual review for complex scheduling, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated reminders and follow-ups is exactly what I needed, and integrates with existing calendars. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
