Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on shareable links and embeds, and conversational flow improves completion rates caught me off guard. Advanced features likely require a paid plan is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: lead capture and sales-focused templates and no-code setup for non-technical users. Where it lags: may offer more than needed for simple use cases. On balance the feature set — especially smart logic and conditional flows — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Pretty happy overall. Response analytics and insights just works and no-code setup for non-technical users. May offer more than needed for simple use cases can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
