Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is pattern learning from user behavior — handled better than most — and reduces inbox clutter. Requires training period for accuracy is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on customizable sorting rules, and reduces inbox clutter caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automatic email classification is exactly what I needed, and learns from user filing patterns. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automatic email classification and saves time on daily email triage. Where it lags: requires training period for accuracy. On balance the feature set — especially automatic email classification — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
