Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and provides 24/7 shopping guidance. Conversational product discovery fits neatly into how we already work, and works around the clock removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: works around the clock and personalized product recommendations. On balance the feature set — especially guides shoppers toward checkout — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. AI-driven product recommendations just works and provides 24/7 shopping guidance. May require tuning for niche products can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Guides shoppers toward checkout is exactly what I needed, and reduces need for live chat staff. I do wish may require tuning for niche products, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
