Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Document and identity verification tools just works and strong focus on regulated industries like BFSI. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and strong focus on regulated industries like BFSI. API-based integration with enterprise systems fits neatly into how we already work, and aPI-based integration with enterprise systems removed a step we used to do by hand. May require technical onboarding support, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. API-based integration with enterprise systems is exactly what I needed, and pre-built AI models reduce deployment time. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: customizable AI digital workforce and tailored solutions for enterprise use cases. On balance the feature set — especially fraud and risk detection capabilities — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
