Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: unlimited responses at no cost and built-in analytics and response insights. Where it lags: advanced logic may be limited. On balance the feature set — especially real-time submission analytics — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Drag-and-drop form builder is exactly what I needed, and built-in analytics and response insights. I do wish advanced logic may be limited, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is real-time submission analytics — handled better than most — and unlimited submissions on the free plan. Advanced logic may be limited is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Data export options just works and unlimited submissions on the free plan. Newer platform with evolving feature set can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
