Sharing what's working: TotalAgility for the heavy lifting and ILovePDF2 to fill the gaps. Took a week to get the workflow smooth but now it mostly runs itself. What's everyone else pairing?

+1 on this. The thing nobody mentions is the integration time — budget a week. After that it mostly disappears into the background, which is what you want.
