    Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is iterative chat-based editing — handled better than most — and conversational refinement workflow. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: configurable STT, LLM, and TTS pipelines and quick to prototype voice agents via API. On balance the feature set — especially phone number provisioning and SIP support — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on self-serve advertiser onboarding, and transparent reporting caught me off guard. Smaller network than major ad platforms is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Embedded booking link in each text is exactly what I needed, and works 24/7, including after hours. I do wish limited to phone-based lead capture, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
