We rolled this out across the team last quarter and no-code chatbot builder powered by GPT. Live chat with agent handover fits neatly into how we already work, and multilingual customer conversations removed a step we used to do by hand. Primarily focused on European markets, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
