Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and smooth handover from bot to human agents. Integrations with CRM and e-commerce tools fits neatly into how we already work, and live chat with agent handover removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Multilingual customer conversations just works and centralized inbox for multiple messaging channels. Advanced customization can require a learning curve can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
