We rolled this out across the team last quarter and competitive pricing for small SaaS teams. AI chatbot and live chat widget fits neatly into how we already work, and help center and knowledge base builder removed a step we used to do by hand. Advanced features locked behind higher tiers, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
