  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automates booking and FAQs. Lead capture and CRM integration fits neatly into how we already work, and appointment scheduling and calendar sync removed a step we used to do by hand. Complex requests may still need a human, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
