Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automates booking and FAQs. After-hours and overflow coverage fits neatly into how we already work, and appointment scheduling and calendar sync removed a step we used to do by hand. Monthly cost may not suit very low call volumes, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on custom greetings and call routing, and answers calls 24/7 with no wait time caught me off guard. Setup requires tuning for each business is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
