Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-channel deployment (web, WhatsApp, Messenger) and built-in integrations with CRMs and marketing tools. On balance the feature set — especially drag-and-drop chatbot builder — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
