I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is analytics and conversation reporting — handled better than most — and built-in integrations with CRMs and marketing tools. AI capabilities less advanced than newer LLM-based platforms is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Live agent handoff and routing just works and multi-channel deployment including WhatsApp and Messenger. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
