I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is automated triage workflows — handled better than most — and provides natural-language summaries for faster handoffs. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Follow-up reminders just works and drafts replies that match your writing style. Requires granting access to email data can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: competitive visibility benchmarking and identifies missed citation opportunities. On balance the feature set — especially topic and query-level analytics — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI-powered photo-to-video conversion, and free to use with no software install caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the dashboard and support is responsive. Where it lags: the docs could be deeper. On balance the feature set — especially the dashboard — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Pretty happy overall. Multilingual customer support just works and resolution-based pricing aligns with results. May need tuning before going fully autonomous can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
