Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Follow-up reminders just works and drafts replies that match your writing style. Requires granting access to email data can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: personalized tone matching and works directly inside Gmail. Where it lags: aI drafts may need review before sending. On balance the feature set — especially aI-generated reply drafts — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automatic email prioritization is exactly what I needed, and automates repetitive inbox tasks. I do wish limited to Gmail users, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is automatic email prioritization — handled better than most — and works directly inside Gmail. AI drafts may need review before sending is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on personalized tone matching, and reduces time spent on email triage caught me off guard. Requires granting access to email data is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
