Support for various image formats fits neatly into how we already work, and support for various image formats removed a step we used to do by hand. Results can vary in accuracy, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The API is exactly what I needed, and it saves real time. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on natural-language analytics queries, and conversational interface aimed at executives caught me off guard. Not aimed at deep technical analytics users is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Designed for knowledge workers just works and human-centric design philosophy. Unclear pricing and integration details can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is the integrations — handled better than most — and support is responsive. Worth the time if this is your use case.
