Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: style and background changes and versatile style transformations. Where it lags: limited fine-grained control. On balance the feature set — especially support for various image formats — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and fast text-based editing workflow. Support for various image formats fits neatly into how we already work, and support for various image formats removed a step we used to do by hand. Results can vary in accuracy, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is object addition and removal — handled better than most — and versatile style transformations. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Object addition and removal just works and works from any source image. May struggle with complex edits can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
