Where it lags: aI output may lack the nuance of human composition. On balance the feature set — especially downloadable audio files for editing — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Performance reporting and account management is exactly what I needed, and specialised expertise in paid media management. I do wish pricing not transparently listed online, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

May require integration work with existing CRM is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
