    Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is the onboarding — handled better than most — and the value for money is strong. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Multi-step workflow execution is exactly what I needed, and saves time on repetitive browsing. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: continuous audio capture and transcription and works across digital and in-person settings. Where it lags: requires dedicated hardware for some features. On balance the feature set — especially natural language search across conversations — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and speeds up investigation and response times. Agentic AI for autonomous alert triage fits neatly into how we already work, and guided and automated response actions removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: pipeline and forecast insights and reduces manual CRM data entry for reps. Where it lags: may need configuration to fit specific sales motions. On balance the feature set — especially pipeline and forecast insights — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

    Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Regex testing and text manipulation tools just works and no installation required. Requires internet access can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
