    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and helps maintain consistent branding. AI-generated property descriptions fits neatly into how we already work, and customizable output for agent voice removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: generative AI and LLM integration and visual flow builder simplifies complex dialogues. On balance the feature set — especially versioning, environments, and testing tools — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

    Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is native integration with the Now Platform — handled better than most — and tightly integrated with existing ServiceNow workflows. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI agents for knowledge work automation is exactly what I needed, and reduces reliance on large analyst teams. I do wish output quality depends on source coverage, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Does the job

Pretty happy overall. The integrations just works and support is responsive. A few rough edges remain can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Natural language conversational interface is exactly what I needed, and reduces app-switching for everyday productivity. I do wish effectiveness depends on integrations available, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
