Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI-driven candidate outreach and follow-ups is exactly what I needed, and configurable agents for different job requirements. I do wish effectiveness depends on quality of input criteria, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is interview scheduling automation — handled better than most — and reduces time-to-hire for high-volume roles. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI-driven candidate outreach and follow-ups, and reduces time-to-hire for high-volume roles caught me off guard. Less suited for highly specialized executive search is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: customizable agent workflows by role and frees recruiters to focus on candidate relationships. On balance the feature set — especially autonomous candidate sourcing agents — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
