Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Shareable diagram output just works and aI generation lowers the Mermaid learning curve. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Live Mermaid code preview is exactly what I needed, and live preview speeds up diagram iteration. I do wish fewer styling controls than dedicated design tools, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and live preview speeds up diagram iteration. Export to image and vector formats fits neatly into how we already work, and browser-based editor with no installation removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited offline functionality, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
